110726-N-QN972-009Montana Hope Project helps give children who are critically ill hope. The non-profit organization was created in 1984 by a few of Montana’s Highway Patrol Officers. Each year the organization is blessing families and giving them hope in time of need.

Currently, over 360 Children of Hope have received surprises by the organization. They have been given trips to different places they could not otherwise be able to go due to financial restraints. They are given gifts which take the children’s mind off of their medical challenges. Families also receive comfort in knowing they are not facing their situations alone.

The Hope Project uses 90% of the funds raised to help others to be a blessing to these families. The average cost of one Child of Hope wish is approximately $6000. Some children will go on cruises; others will receive video games, or even the bedroom of their dreams.

Volunteers also help to make the Montana Hope Project successful. Each person works with all their heart to make dreams come true in Montana. Corporate sponsors in the community have also brought many dreams to many children during critical times.
